The questions come from what sellers actually ask before putting a property on the market: what has to be declared, which documents to gather, how much time to allow, what an inspector looks at, who to turn to for what. The OACIQ forms are read exactly as they are written, then explained — reading a clause protects you better than rephrasing it.
